By entering the competition, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
PRIZE PROVIDER TERMS & CONDITIONS (WOOKEY HOLE)
1. Prize includes a family ticket for up to four people to Wookey Hole.
2. The prize is valid for two adults and two children (aged 3–15 years) unless otherwise stated.
3. Prize must be redeemed by 31st August 2026.
4. Prize must be pre-booked in advance and is subject to availability.
5. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
6. Travel, food, beverages, additional activities and personal expenses are not included unless specifically stated.
7. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or special event.
8. All guests must comply with Wookey Hole's standard entry terms and conditions during their visit.
9. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the competition.
10. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
11. Competition entry and winner selection are managed by Visitor+/Glide Media Ltd under their own competition terms and conditions below.

13. Competition entries must be received as instructed and by 8 am on Friday 17th July 2026.
14. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email after the competition closing date.
15. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner not responding within 48 hours of being contacted by email, Visitor+ (Glide Media Ltd) reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry. Be sure to add hello@visitorplus.co.uk to your safe list - if you win, you'll want to see that email in time!
16. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
17. Visitor+ (Glide Media Ltd) are not responsible for an alternative prize should the event be cancelled.
18. Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the prize.
19. All prizes are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.
20. The competition is open only to UK residents. Entrants must be aged 18+ years.
21. By entering the competition, you agree to your name being used for publicity purposes, including on social media, should you win.
22. Entering the competition means you consent to receiving email marketing communications from Visitor+. You can easily unsubscribe at any time.

Any personal data held by Visitor+ (Glide Media Ltd) relating to the winner, or any other entrants, will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent. However, all entrants agree for their contact details to be given to Wookey Hole.
24. Entry is not open to employees of Visitor+ (Glide Media Ltd) or Wookey Hole.
25. The decision of Visitor+ (Glide Media Ltd) is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
26. Visitor+ (Glide Media Ltd) will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
27. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, we reserve the right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
