Museum of Cider
Explore the World of Cider in Herefordshire
Discover the story of cider from pip to pint at the Museum of Cider in Hereford. Housed in the original 1888 Bulmer’s factory, this unique museum brings to life Herefordshire’s world-famous apple-growing heritage and its pivotal role in British cider and perry making.
Wander through fascinating displays that trace the history of cidermaking, learn how the apples were milled and pressed and the traditions of how it was made, right through to the modern day. A visit wouldn’t be complete without sampling local ciders in the Cider Shop or relaxing with a slice of cake in the tearoom.
With events, tastings, and experiences throughout the year, the Museum of Cider offers a memorable and unique day out for the whole family.
